HP Software Certification has announced the updates for the Accredited Solutions Expert (ASE) certifications.  These are three-hour hands-on exams recommended for software professionals who have at least one year of field experience and have achieved their Accredited Technical Professional (ATP) credentials. ASE exams will be offered at HP Software training facilities.
Three ASE exams available beginning June 18, 2012:

Meg Whitman opened the session with “make it matter” the HP tag line that is permeating the conference. She recalled her initial days at HP where she found a group of extremely talented and highly motivated employees that focused on the customer.
One of the interesting stories that Meg described was their work with the British military in Afghanistan and how HP employees are embedded with the British military to understand the field conditions and to support their products.

The story of Mercury Interactive needs to be told. I hope someday someone within the company will write a book on the early years and discuss their great successes. It would probably be a fascinating tale. I think a lot of people would also like to know more about events which led up to the HP acquisition last year.
